You can do this as follows:
1 / Open the website eshop.tata.sk
2 / Sign in -> Forgot your password?
3 / Specify the email address you registered -> Retrieve password
4 / Confirm based on the received email that you want a new password
5 / A TATA webshop send the new password -> Use your registered email and password received into the TATA webshop
6 / If you want to change the given password, you may it under the My Account / My personal information
